How I work
My goal is to help you make concrete improvements in your life. As a result, I do not rely solely on any one modality. I often use evidence-based tools derived from cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I am also trained in classical psychotherapy and understand how to use those tools to give you a better understanding of yourself, to help you achieve your goals.
